Natural Detox Tea with Saffron
🌿 Ingredients
For 1 cup:
1 fresh betel leaf (paan leaf)
5–7 saffron threads
4–5 fresh tulsi leaves
4–5 dried rose petals
Tea Cup of water
Optional: ½ teaspoon honey
🍵 How to Make It
Wash the betel leaf and tulsi leaves thoroughly.
Cut or tear the betel leaf into smaller pieces.
Bring 250 ml of water to a gentle boil.
Add the betel leaf and tulsi leaves.
Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the rose petals and saffron.
Cover and steep for another 5 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add a little honey if desired and enjoy warm.

Ingredients
5–8 saffron threads
50–100 ml warm water or warm milk
Optional: a small amount of honey for taste
Method
Add saffron threads to a small cup.
Pour in warm—not boiling—water or milk.
Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
Stir gently and enjoy as part of your evening routine.
You can also soak the saffron in a little warm water first and then add it to warm milk.
